As a licensed Realtor since 1992 I have attained invaluable experience in all aspects of the real estate field through many, many transactions, closings and personal investments. I am experienced in land development and have taken several large parcels personally thru the short plat phase. I own commercial property and have also flipped many homes.
In 2003 along with my business partner Diana Downing we purchased a Remax franchise and Remax Results was born. I was the designated Broker for our office for 15 years. In 2007 Diana and I embarked on a new adventure-the construction of a 10,000 SF commercial building now know in Kalama as the Remax building.
We survived the 2008 recession and managed the building until its sale in 2020. It’s exhausting just thinking about it! In 2018 we passed on the business to the new owners Taryn and Emory who make us both proud every day.
My son Cole and I work as a listing team for Remax Results and I am enjoying every minute we spend together helping our clients achieve their real estate goals.
